Donna Leonard received her M.S. in Management,
and a B.S. in Industrial Administration from New Jersey Institute
of Technology, with emphasis in Information Technology and
Human Resources. She began her career with Schering-Plough
Pharmaceutical in the Engineering Division as an Engineering
Associate, later working in the International Marketing Division
as a Marketing Analyst assisting with marketing research, training,
and LAN administration, and then with Information Technology
Division as an Information Analyst. After taking time for family,
she spent 4 years instructing computer classes with local colleges,
then began with Johnson & Johnson
Pharmaceuticals in the Research Institute as an Information Technology Specialist.
At Johnson & Johnson, Donna was responsible for developing operating guidelines
for application developers, records management, recruiting, technology training,
and GMP/GLP compliance management. After moving to Colorado, Donna worked as
a Marketing Researcher for a medical publication before accepting a position
with Southwick Associates, Inc. |
