Student Air Rifle Program Prize Drawing Rules & Procedures

  1. Jurisdiction: This drawing is being held under the rules and regulations of the State of Florida. 
  1. Time Period: All survey respondents who submit a completed survey within the survey period, established as October 25, 2024 to February 28, 2025, will be eligible for the prize drawing. 
  1. Prize: The prize will be a $50 gift card. 
  1. Selection Process: The winner will be randomly selected from the pool of all eligible survey respondents. Selection will be made using a computerized process that randomly selects a respondent based on a unique ID assigned to each completed survey after the survey is completed.     
  1. The drawing and prize is open and available to those who received the survey directly from Southwick Associates on behalf of its client and reside within the 50 states and territories of the United States. 
  1. No purchase is necessary to be entered for the drawing. To be eligible, all required survey questions must be answered. Required questions are identified in the survey with an error note when the respondent attempts to skip those questions.   
  1. Surveys that appear to be completed using dishonest means including automatically generated processes, providing responses that conflict with prior responses in the same survey, or providing answers that indicate the respondent may not be answering truthfully or exhibit suspicious activity will be excluded from the drawing. Decisions regarding eligibility of any given survey will be determined by Southwick Associates. 
  1. Employees of Southwick Associates and their clients plus immediate family are not eligible for the drawing. 
  1. The drawing will occur within 10 business days of the closing of the survey. 
  1. Winner(s) will be notified by email within 30 days of the drawing. Winners will have 30 business days from the issuance of the notification email to respond by email to claim their prize and make arrangements for delivery. Southwick Associates will confirm the winner’s email address to deliver the prize. 
  1. If the potential winner does not respond within the allowed time frame, an alternate winner will be drawn using the same process and notification steps described above. The process will continue until the prize is awarded.
