NSSF Prize Drawing Rules & Procedures

  1. Jurisdiction: This drawing is being held under the rules and regulations of the State of Florida.
  2. Time Period: Those who submit a completed survey or mail in an entry that is received within the survey period, established as August 14, 2024 to November 15, 2024, will be eligible for the prize drawing.
  3. Prize: The prize will be a $200 Mastercard gift card. Five gift cards will be awarded in total.
  4. Alternate method of entry: To enter the drawing without completing the online survey, send a letter containing full name, valid email address and the subject line “Range Survey” to PO Box 6435, Fernandina Beach, Florida 32035.
  5. Selection Process: Five winners will be randomly selected from the pool of all eligible survey respondents and mail-in entrants. Selection will be made using an automated process that randomly selects five respondents based on a unique identifier assigned to each survey respondent and mail-in entrant after the survey period is completed.
  6. The drawing and prize are open and available to those who received the survey directly from Southwick Associates on behalf of its client, or directly from the client itself. Those who enter the drawing via mail as described above will also be eligible. Winners must be 18 years or older and reside within the 50 states and territories of the United States.
  7. No purchase is necessary to be entered for the drawing. To be eligible, all required survey questions must be answered, and a valid email address must be provided. Required questions are identified in the survey with an error note when the respondent attempts to skip those questions. Those who enter via mail-in only need to provide a full name and valid email address to be eligible for the drawing. Limit of one entry per person.
  8. Surveys that appear to be completed using dishonest means including automatically generated processes, providing responses that conflict with prior responses in the same survey, or providing answers that indicate the respondent may not be answering truthfully or exhibit suspicious activity will be excluded from the drawing. Decisions regarding eligibility of any given survey will be determined by Southwick Associates.
  9. Employees of Southwick Associates and their clients plus immediate family are not eligible for the drawing.
  10. The drawing will occur within 10 business days of the closing of the survey.
  11. Winner(s) will be notified by email within 30 days of the drawing. Winners will receive the prize in the form of an electronic gift card sent via email.
  12. Winners may be required to provide additional information or documentation to prove Sweepstakes eligibility, including without limitation, proof of identity, age and US residency. Southwick Associates reserves the right to accept or deny awarding prizes based on information or documentation submitted or the failure to submit required information or documentation
  13. If the potential winner does not provide a valid email address, or if the email address provided cannot be reached via email, an alternate winner will be drawn using the same process and notification steps described above. The process will continue until all the prizes have been awarded.
    If any winner is unreachable, fails to claim prize within seven business days of the winner notification email being sent, or is determined ineligible, winner will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner may be selected.
  14. Winner’s List: The name of Drawing winner(s) may be obtained until December 22, 2024, by sending your request along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Southwick Associates, “2024 NSSF Range Survey,” PO Box 6435, Fernandina Beach, Florida 32035.
